Impressions seem to be moving OK, clicks have stopped. Anybody else?

Yea, yesterday was a disaster for me, but today seems to be much better so far.

It looks like AdWords had a major Quality Score update yesterday - lots of people both in the AdWords forum here and other places I frequent are screaming about thousands of keywords and ads gone inactive... that may or may not be having some effect on the Content Network. It might lead to a slight downturn in the short run, but it also might end up being good for publishers in the end.

Gosh, I sounded like George Carlin for a minute there...

Thanks a bunch for informing netmeg. I must remember to visit the Adwords forums whenever my stats look like s**t. Yesterday was one of those days.

10th July

Yikes...10 clicks in 31/2 hours today so far, all metrics are hours behind for me.

Anyone else?

for 10th0 the stats are updating but the ECPM has taken a nose dive for some unknown reason, I hope its just a glich and it rectifies itself in a couple of hours.

Yep, eCPM is just above 50% of normal for me too. Fingers crossed it's just a glitch.

Yesterday wound up earning -50%
Today, click count not moving. :-(

Ah that's better, now it looks more normal:-)

Still a bit behind but at least it's updated.

Yea, things seem kind of stuck on my end. Very high EPC on a very few clicks, but they haven't moved for hours. So it's weird.

In contrast to what others are getting, yesterday was my highest epc yet.

Yesterday morning I added a site to my 'allowed sites' and my ECPM went down a litle over 50%. I was baffled.. looks like it was just a coincidence that this happeened when updated allowed sites.

I have 2 domains that point to one site, I wasn't serving ads when someone came in on one domain.. so I added that domain, impressions didn't really go up, but ECPM down over 50% Is this just part of what's going on, or does someone have an explanation? Is it that anytime you change settings your ECPM goes way down and then adjusts up as the change settle?

Today is finally starting to take off.

today sucks. lowest ecpm and epc in months. you must be getting my clicks ! ;-(

these extreme up and downs are starting to irritate me.

Nope. After a little bump, I've been stuck - not a click in hours and hours. I assume it'll catch up eventually.

Click count has finally moved up, but unless there's a big 'correction' coming, earnings today will be well below average.

well it's past midnight google time and it's been the worst day of the year. Lowest ecpm, lowest ctr, lowest earnings BUT impressions are 15% higher than average. Google has decided to lower my "imaginary" glass ceiling. I can hardly stand up.

andrewshim I am also in the same boat even my imaginary ceiling got adjusted I hope its just a bad day.

I went back two years to find a day as bad as yesterday ended up. Any day I make more on domains than on adsense is one weird day. It looked like I went close to ten hours without a single click. Now. I know they don't update immediately, and it's possible that sometimes it may take several days to catch up, but geezopete. Today isn't looking much better. Oh well. Maintenance tomorrow, maybe that will shake things loose again.

This has me worried. It has been quite a while now without any improvment. So far today I am down about 60%

seems like that every day for the past month. I get one click dump 2 hours after midnight google time and then dry until many many hours later. And then there's the roller coaster - one day high next day low.

So far today I am down about 60%

lucky you. I am down 80%.

looks like they change there alog, even today my ecpm is down by almost 25-30%.

The funny thing is this time I am pretty sure I did not do anything to annoy the big G so still scratching my head!

HuskyPup

All my metrics are fine except for the quantity of page impressions and clicks! It still looks hours behind.
