Impressions seem to be moving OK, clicks have stopped. Anybody else?

Maintenance tomorrow

Is that true?

I assume so - there's already been an announcement that AdWords will be down for maintenance tomorrow, and when one goes down, the other always does.

Yes, still hours behind here. Another "misery loves company" thread and I do find comfort in knowing that it's not just my account.

I'm almost at the point where I'd be OK with AdSense just giving daily totals rather than the headache of trying to follow the bouncing ball that is the current stats reporting.

I've logged in adsense a couple of hours after closing day and look for yesterday result. It save my day of confusion about the stats.

Thanks PotteryCentre. My point really is that if the reporting is not going to be real time or consistent in some kind of meaningful way, then why have it? Even the email reports of daily activity are out of sync with the actual daily activity. Why can't those email reports just be the standard 24hour totals? If they were, I might just kick back and get an email everyday saying I'd earned "x" -- rather than log into AdSense. But it doesn't work that way, does it.

Yesterday ended up being a horrible day & today isn't looking any better

Even though the updates have been slow every day this week yesterday was above average.

Even though we can't prove the glass ceiling AdSense seems to have me squeezed into a double glazing range. Even I just cannot believe the tight +/-daily Dollar range I currently have.

Taking the average of the first 11 days of July my lowest has been -21.19% (2nd July) and the highest 15.87% (7th July) however ALL the other days have been within +/-10%!

I've never seen such a tight consistency of earnings.

Is anyone else seeing this?

Today looks like it's going to be the lowest in years. Could be I've been smartpriced. Hard to tell since others are also reporting declines. Will just have to wait.

My "imaginable" glass ceiling isn't as tightly consistent as your HuskyPup. I say it exists because if I happen to be doing reeeeally well and look set to break through my threshold, miraculously the clicks will stop (being reported in the stats). Then after midnight Google time (this is quite consistent) I will get a click dump.

About revenue, I think it is a zero sum game among us as publishers.

We are kind of divided into several groups with total revenue is 80% (Google takes 20%). Sometimes you've got 30% and I've got 50% (and vice versa).

With this way of thinking, it makes sense if one day a group of people experience big drop in revenue but the other group claim big increase of revenue.

Just my 2c...

My eCPM is about 50% of normal right now also. The same thing happened (happens) a few months back. That was about the time I decided that trusting Adsense (or any single source of income) solely was a pretty bad idea.

So this time I'm kinda freaking out about it, but not nearly as much as before!

Hey HuskyPup >> Remember when this happened to us a little while back? I forget the months but it was a complete wreck as I'm sure you remember.. did you recover? My stats returned to decent, although I wouldn't say that they returned to normal.
