This is the thread in which you can vent about your day by day with Adsense.

Let me begin.

Today was the day that I got paid $0,03 for 8 clicks. Isn't that awesome?

Remember, don't spend it all at once and do invest it wisely.

Well I was thinking about starting a post asking how everyone else's July 4th adsense numbers looked because mine were the lowest earnings of the month!

I was also looking at my adsense numbers and thinking how I at least got like at least 1 cent per page impression - at least - say like 500 people visited my site on one day and I earned at least $5 - now mind you I'm not talking about getting paid 1 cent per page impression / visitor I'm just saying that so far I at least get 1 cent per visit when I look at my adsense numbers a certain way............

Now going back to the post topic on the 6th of July - as compared to the other July days so far - I'm below what I want to earn average-wise - but it was over $5 for July 6th.

I think that the only person I can really get mad with is myself because I just have to keep trying to optimize my blogs for more of that adsense earning money!

On the whole I really "peaked" as far as my adsense earnings were concerned about a couple of months ago but I haven't reached (or exceeded) my highest month yet - but as I look at my adsense numbers I see that this is a pattern because I will peak one month and then for a few months after that my adsense earnings will be lower than that peak for a few months and then I "peak" again earning a higher amount and then the pattern starts all over again!

So its not so much that I'm frustrated with adsense - its more like I'm frustrated with myself.

:(

I've been seeing big earnings increases on Monday and Sunday, about 25% higher. Anyone else?

Today my CTR skyrocketed, but my ECPM plummeted. Yielding zero difference with regard to 'normal'.

*mumbles something about this glass ceiling-story overhead some time ago*

Now, I'm just the opposite. My CTR went into the toilet, but my eCPM is through the roof. Three times what it was last week. Go figure.

eCPM and CTR in the loo too. EPC is stable. I wonder why the sudden crashes. Just when I thought the roller coaster of June was over and earnings had begun to stabilize, I see my stats today.

impressions stable.
eCPM is 25% of yesterday's.
CTR is 20% of my average.

Our ecpm continues to drop since July 1, the beginning of the 3d quarter. Today it dropped another 10%, so now it is about 45% below the plateau we observed Oct 22 - July 1.

I expect the drop to continue, since there are 2 factors working against us: the oil crisis, and Google's special deals with Myspace and now with Yahoo, which will further dilute the available inventory.

Today is the day that my hosting provider is having trouble. Been suffering a downtime for two hours straight now. Since I put all my proverbial eggs into the same hosting-basket, I figure earnings won't be very high for today -,-

Taking my historical metrics into account I did expect to see a fall in earnings over the weekend however, remarkably, my daily earnings average for the first 7 days of July has been precisely my June daily average!

The only difference I saw over the weekend was a reduction in rogue activity therefore my CTR and eCPM looked much better.

It's confirmed. Google is not suffering from data loss. Me thinks they forgot to use the right calendar month. Perhaps they are using the eskimo daylight savings calendar.

the eskimo daylight savings calendar

Is that a tax-deductible savings scheme? :-)

Yay! Even with the three-hour downtime my revenue somehow rallied up to where it's suppsoed to be. Guess I also have a glass floor ;)

past midnight (google time), my eCPM was way high and then it tumbled down to 30% of where it's supposed to be at this time of day.

your glass floor is my glass ceiling... ;-P

Yep, very tardy for me in the UK, I don't seem to have had anything for a couple of hours at least...except proabable data loss!
