What will happen to all those arbitrage spammers currently using Yahoo ads if GOOG will take over Yahoo ads?

I guess the clicks from your AdSense pages will land on pages full of Google AdWords ads wrapped as Yahoo ads and the AdWords/AdSense arbitrage will thrive once again.

I guess the worst about it is that your revenue from AdSense will decline even further as GOOG will have to share with those Yahoos.

Yahoo will not drop their ads, they'll be a publisher that's allowed to show adsense on search results (something that for the mere mortals among us is forbidden by the ToS (even if the search results are by Google).
