Sorry to ask this but my stats seem to be stuck today. Not just a little off but only about 10% of normal and have not moved for 4 or five hours, Site is up and running. Anyone else seeing this?

Yep. I figured it was partly because of my issues with site targeting this morning - my impressions are growing, but no clicks or $$.

Nothing is going on with mine, impressions, clicks nor $. Guess they'll show up later.......or not.

If ad budgets are low there's no sign of it in my area. Weds. and Thurs. were two of the best days this month.

Wondering if Ad budgets are low end of month ?

If this was true wouldn't a few savvy advertisers save money until the end of the month to take advantage? Perhaps more than a few? I know I would.

Yes they would.

The same applies to the theories about advertisers turning off ads on holiday weekends, during the summer months, etc. This is why I take such theories with a grain of salt.

Of course yesterday was a Thursday and purplecape got my earnings again!

Having written that today is absolutely pathetic, if the stats aren't stuck then I'm in for my worst day of the year with both CTR therefore consequently eCPM, nearly down by 50%.

My EPC is normal, just very few clicks and, I have to say, page impressions look several hours behind too.

I am convinced not all is well with their metrics' reporting.

I had a dump of impressions last night but still ended up with about 1/2 of normal impressions, very low ctr and very low ecpm. Today is about normal so far with impressions but no ctr. This month each day has really been up and down. I'd really like to see things level off a bit as I get really excited on good days and a little less excited on bad days.

Mwha-ha-ha-ha-ha!

And I think they gave me some of your Weds. earnings too. Mid-day yesterday, I checked the final numbers for Weds., and they were 100 simoleons. Today, they're 112 (made up numbers, but give the right percentage amount added). I like after-the-fact bonuses...

I dunno; I assume what I'm seeing must be something to do with my site, it all started with that site targeting blast yesterday. This is supposed to be the beginning of my peak season, and I've had the worst two days in four years.

Nope, Wednesday was precisely where I would expect it to be:-))

To put it into context, today is so bad that I have not yet had 25% of an average day's clicks which means about 20% of an average weekday...messy, very messy, there will be blood on my desk top when I remove AdSense!

Well, then they probably shifted some of your Thursday earnings to my Weds. ones. That makes sense, since the extra earnings didn't show up in Weds till later in the day on Thursday. They probably realized we were on to them, when they simply moved your earnings to mine on the same day. This was an obvious attempt to shift the $$ and not have us notice.....

Same here Netmeg, today is looking really off target for us, like 40% or so. Yesterday was 35% off from our standard dev.

Not necessairly..heere is why..

For Starters lets say we are averaging 20 cents a click (for months)but everyday for the past 3 days we have lost about 3 cents per click . ..so here we are last day of the Month and around 11 cents per.. (all relationalhypotheticals) Traffic remains stable

The reason it could simply be an end of month low advertisor budget is we are in a very niche market..if we have 2 higher paying advertisors slowing their advertising end of month those spots are going to get filled by lower paying advvertisors..

Just an idea of what "could" be going on..at least in our situation

Guess I'll know after we get past the weekend

If anything, Google gave me a dump of cr*p today.
Page Views are normal but clicks are way below...
