Video Portal - Youtube Files - But no You tube player

Using no Youtube player to play Youtube files (ad sense TOS violation)?

I am planning to open video portal web site, and the thing is i have CMS component that can use Youtube files and play them without Youtube player and the Youtube logo (and the files are still hosted on YT)
I am planning to use adsense on this site and i am interested is this allowed? (play YT files without the YT player)

Can i be banned from AS if i do that?

I think it is risky. Can't imagine Youtube allows you to play their videos without the YT logo. In that case you would be displaying Youtube videos without their permission = copyright issue = not compliant with Adsense TOS. And if this actually is in accordance with the Adsense program, you really have to make sure the displayed videos do not contain content that is violating the Adsense TOS.
