I changed yesterday most of my domains to the new local search.

I created 2 new channels for this

search german
search english

At last, my own impression testing should show up in the statistic, but there is nothing. Not a single impression for the new 2 channels.

I wrote also to the AdSense support, 2 hours later, I have seen the first impressions in my reports.

Ths issus with, can not switch to open SERP in a new window is still not solved.

I have combined my own sites with
wikipedia.org
usgs.gov

At certain queries, I find this combination very interesting.

I think he means the 'improved' Adsense for search.

Where is this? When I log in to my account and go to AdSense for Search I see the same old Search, nothing new or improved.

Hello Farmboy,

When I open my account and go to Adsense for search it says "Improved!"

And then it states:

"The power of Google Search customized for your site.
Earn revenue while helping your users find what they're looking for.

Create a search engine in minutes.
Customize the appearance of search results and ads.
Tune results and ads to your site's content and audience.
Get more comprehensive site search results with improved indexing."

Perhaps this is not enrolled yet in your country/state?
I live in the Netherlands

The improved site search major features:

Make a list of included sites.
Make a list of keywords.

I found it for example for a good idea to make a list off

all mw own sites
wikipedia.org
usgs.gov

Looks like Google is implementing custom SE into adsense accounts

Either I'm really missing something or it hasn't yet been introduced into all AdSense accounts - I don't see anything different.

It doesn't seem to be getting much discussion.

it is posted on AdSense blog
[adsense.blogspot.com...]

Possibly not very popular thread because AdSense for search is not used as often as regular ads?

CSE has indeed been integrated into AdSense for search.

farmboy, I understand you do not see the improved AdSense for search in your account. You will not see this update if you have not migrated your account to a Google account.

If you have any feedback on the new features of AdSense for search, please let us know.

I have made extensive use of the CSE/Coop search over the past year, and I'm still unclear if there's any reason to change over to AdSense for Search, and for that matter, do I need to regenerate all my code in order to do so.

I don't need better exposure or coverage. But I'm talking about a LOT of search boxes, so I don't want to go spend mega hours on it unless someone can tell me why it's really that much better. So far, I haven't seen it.

I might give it a try this weekend if I have time. Until then, I'm with you.

AdSense will probably be down on Saturday; AdWords has already announced it will be down for maintenance. Just FYI.
