difficulty getting my account approved

I had a Google Adsense account a couple of years ago that got canceled because I had multiple clicks from the same IP addresses.

I thought enough time had passed and recently reapplied. They did not approve me... Does any one know how to get around this?

I tried signing up with a different e-mail address and that didn't help. They must have my IP address on file.

Right... With a lifetime ban, I don't think "a couple of years" qualifies as sufficient time passing.

That's crazy.... It wasn't even my fault. It's a new company name, a website, and I do have a new bank account and I can apply from a different IP address.

Trying to get around the system will be that much worse for you if they catch on. And they have a real good record of catching on.

You would almost certainly do better admitting who you are and asking them to allow you back in, rather than starting out cheating again.

You don't have to cheat to get back into the program.
You can open a new business account using the name of your new company. New PO-box, bank-account, IP address, e-mail address, etcetera, are of course needed. I really don't understand people who get kicked out, then re-apply, but get rejected again. It's so easy to get back into the program. And I don't believe this is against Googles TOS.
