"Google does this despite the fact that ads placed on the content network are demonstrably inferior to ads appearing on search result pages."

That quoted phrase actually means that the ads are inferior, not the content network, meaning I get lower paying ads on the content network, while search gets high quality ads, this guy is confused!

Plus Google has more vested interest to and bigger margin in displaying ads on the search network where it does not have to share, with the content network Google only gets 25-30% not like the 100% of the search network.

"Kabateck previously represented aggrieved AdWords .."

"In March, Kabateck's firm sued Apple for allegedly deceiving .."

A pattern there perhaps?

If I was Google's lawyer, I would introduce the judge to the meaning of RTFM then call for a ruling.

If you check out this guy's profile methinks he's been imbibing a little too much of his alledged expertise!

As someone commented...ambulance chasers!

How are ads placed on the content network inferior to those appearing alongside the SERPs? I think it's more accurate to say the audience attracted to the ads in the content network is inferior to the audience attracted to the ads appearing alongside the SERPs.
