adsense-support no longer reply?

Did google change its support policy regarding emails?
Do you still get replies when you email adsense-support like before?
The reply I get now is an auto reply with links to go and "find instant solutions to all your problems at our Help Center".

My question is: does someone reply to your email later on, or is that it?

It depends on:
The kind of question (where are earnings down)
The kind of site you have (my 100 daily visitors stopped clicking)
The kind of account you have (What happened to my daily $4)
The phase of the moon (coin toss)
The group in charge of your support (e.g. US vs. India)
How your question was worded (why iz me arnings down?)
The availability of auto replies for your kind of query
Then do another coin toss

I must say, we had an issue with EFT last week, reply and solutions received within 1 hour, human reply too. Thumbs up.

did you email them at [e-mail]?, or did you fill in their form at:
[google.com...]

I thought so. They seem to respond only to the online form now. And it takes much less time too, compared to their old adsense-support email address.
