OK, I'm confused so what is new.

I have a bunch of location specific sites running adsense. I did one location where the primary (legal) industry was casinos. So, given that the adsense TOS seemed to preclude "Casino related Content". I didn't put AS on that site.

Now, I enabled the nifty ad review tool. There were some normal advertisers that I definitely want to allow. However, there were a couple of ad groups from <snip> which had all ads for jackpots, sweepstakes, etc. (I'm hoping the mods don't mind putting the domain but I think it is germane here).

So, I'm wondering if

1. <snip> is just a google test
2. Has google allowed adsense ads for gambling/jackpots etc.

BTW - I don't think I was targeted for gambling ads due to the casino location site I have since that site does not run AS

thanks for any thoughts

[edit reason] Why would we mind an outing? See TOS for answer. ;) [/edit]

Most likely they just haven't been caught yet. I've noticed other advertisers that violate guidelines in one way or another. I imagine that for them, a day or two of blanket advertising can be very worthwhile, even if they are then booted.
