Is one site holding your earnings low?

How one site affects the other sites value on adsense clicks

Hi, I have an AS account with two sites both on different hosting companies. Time ago one host went down for 3-5 days (yes, tell me about it). And I saw an increase on my daily earnings while only the other site was up. The funny thing is: the site reporting better earnings is the one down, and the other (lower earnings) was reporting almost the same or more by itself.

I built another site and will put AS on it. This site is very strong, growing and I'm very glad about the SEO results. I have very high hopes on this one but I'm wondering about how much affects having not-so-good website using the same Adsense Account.

**In other words: One site went down and the earnings went up**

I'm planning on turning off adsense on all the websites and keep it only on one site. Next week the other site and so... to find out the results.

Any of you had any similar experiences? I'm thinking is better putting out some sites if the site is not working so fine on AS.

Any comments?

There is no relationship between two sites. They are very independent.

This is anecdotal only, but when I'm having a good day (EPC is above average), all my sites are up. When I'm having a bad day, all my sites are down.
