Trouble with image ads.

They won't go away

I can't seem to stop several image ads from showing on a 300x250 ad. I've gone to Google and changed my preference to text ads only on all channels. That didn't help.
I've gotten new code and replaced the ads with the new code. That didn't help ether.
I've done everything I can think of but nothing seems to work.
I can't find the url to place into my filters. When I right click the ad I just get Adobe preferences.
While the ads are generally targeted towards my visitor base, they're not the kind of ad that would attract any interest. My click rate has dropped close to a third and my money earned had dropped by over 25%.
Any help or steps I need to take to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

It might be time to contact support then.

I assume you swapped the adsense code on the page(s)?

Are you sure they are image ads? there are some expanded text ads--the ones that fill a whole block--that look a a lot like an image ad.

I am in a similar situation.

I just wrote an email to the support about this issue.

Perhaps this is why my CPM dropped dramatically

I suggest you contact the support and give them reference to this link in this discussion, saying that other people have reported having the same issue.

The problem has been resolved. Google answered my email on the 28th and walked me through what I needed to do.

The bottom line is, I messed it up myself had to replace all code for these ads and redo all my channels. But in the end I learned something.

ecmedia: Thanks for your suggestion. It was straight, to the point and got me the answers I needed.

tomequin, could you let us know what you did as this will be helpful to others when they have this issue and this thread could be used for reference?
