What is a good ctr/cpm?

Hi, Im new to adsense.

I have a community site with about 2000 uniques a day. My cpr have been steady for two weeks at 1% and the cpm is around $2. The ads are placed at non-obtrucive spots on the site to maintain credibility.

Is this a good rate, or should I do something?
