Removed a Topic From one of My Sites

How Long Before the Related Ads Stop?

I added some new pages recently to one of my sites that ended up not really working well. I took them off and will put them on a new, single topic, site of their own.

However, I'm still getting Adsense ads for the topic on my old site. Does anyone know how long it will take for the ads on this topic to stop appearing on my old site now that the pages have been removed?

Are you using ad section tags? If so, try moving them slightly.

Don't know how long it will take, but I shouldn't think more than a day or so.

The new topic ads seem to be gone as of today.

Thanks for your suggestion about the tags. I'll keep that in mind for future use.
