An old fart like myself who cannot really grasp all the interworkings of adsense..yet, is trying to attract Adsense advertisers in the same industry I was a competitor of.
I see many of these guys are using Google search trying to get people to buy "Brand X Widgets" Many can't rank in the free listings like I can, so they go to adwords, but I see very few showing up on the content network or in the displayed ads on my site.
Buying ads on the search network costs more? Yes? I am sure some are aware of my new presense, but what's going on here? Maybe they are unfamiliar or just have no confidence in the content network?

Why not contact them and advise on how they can use the content newtork or on how they can target your site.
