What to do? Extremely High CTR

something’s wrong… i've introduced some new sites and as they are getting some traffic, the CTR is unnatural (like 1 impression and 18 clicks). I'm not clicking on my own ads. Is someone trying to get me banned? Is one person just interested in all the ads? Bot? What do I do? I mean this had been going on every time I put up a new site.

I noticed this recently with two different sites.

One this morning has similar numbers and another one yesterday morning.

do you see earnings commensurate with 18 clicks..If not, G has already discounted your earnings. Another possibility..impressions and clicks are lagging each other and not being reported together.. or..it is a minor click attack.
