So, under new AdSense account, if you setup a custom channel and go targetable only, when should you expect to see your site available if you search for it through “List URLs” option?

...in other words, why you cannot find your site in AdWords, even thought you picked targetable option? Ads are being shown on it. How they found it, or ads come from people's regular content campaigns? The ad setup is text only, 125x125.
