search adsense in my custom toolbar

Hi all, i'm building a toolbar (just like google toolbar) using <a pre-programmed> script.

My question is; there is this "make money" feature/plugin where you can insert google search adsense code and make it just look like google toolbar search bar. My worry is if Goolge finds about using it in a toolbar, is there possibility of banning my adsense account?

Support team there is not making clear on this. So that's why I came here.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld rahulhug. From the AdSense Terms and Conditions [google.com]:

5. Prohibited Uses. You shall not (...) directly or indirectly access, launch, and/or activate Ads, Links, Search Results, or Referral Buttons through or from, or otherwise incorporate the Ads, Links, Search Results, or Referral Buttons in, any software application

I would class a toolbar as being a software application to the extent that you are building an application which needs to be downloaded and installed by the end user. This is not a definitive answer by any means, you will have to get that from Google.
