i got banned by adsense, now can i open an account with differnt name, different e mail, different mailing address, but with "same" computer? i heard gogle guys can tell from my computer that its me!

You can't. Take typing lessons instead.

Google are very likely to identify you as a previously-banned client. What's more, what you are proposing is in itself against the terms of service for AdSense. Here are a couple threads that may be helpful:
