Somebody observed revenue was improved by not allowing graphical ads in site. In my opinion many times I see non close related graphical ads in my site and wonder if stop those keep showing in my sites.

Do you think it may be benefitial for income, to stop showing adsense graphical ads?

I only tried image ads for a short time (a few days) and found they where not as profitable as text ads.

I do wonder if it is partly down to the fact you only show 1 image ad where you could display 4 or 5 text ads, so perhaps less chance of it interesting the visitor.

I've tried using image ads along with text ads. In my opinion, I have two words for it:

They Suck.

Yes, but you can do so putting your own banner instead sacrifying income... Me, I'm quitting graphical ads.
How do I do that? I'm facing the problem that in adsense panel now is there a new way to put ads, (to this day I used to generate code and paste it in my pages)....

You can set ads to "Text ads only" when creating adsense code. This set google_ad_type = "text"; on the old style code. It's not visible on any of the new style code I have generated, but is controllable from 'Manage Ads'.
