thanks.....
Otherwise, someone else has to go looking through the forum for you, click back and forth and copy and paste URLs to give you links to threads. So you might as well save other people time, as well as your own, and do it for yourself.
Then do some searches on other keyword phrases also. You'll find what the search terms are to use as you read through the forum.

Seriously, Google is in bitter need to meet (or beat) the analyst expectations every quarter. To me, it's no surprise that eCPM is shrinking for some WW members. I have been analysing the situation and came to the conclusion that eCPM is pre-determined by Google (based on whatever data they have), and EPC is a result of this pre-determined eCPM. So it's EPC follows eCPM rather than eCPM follows EPC.
Just my $0.02 (worth very little lately).

Finally we get an ackonwledgement that shrinking eCPM isn't a problem across the board. :-) Maybe it's time to ask, "Which kinds of WW members are affected? And if I'm seeing a sharp decline, what is it about my content or my audience that Google and its advertisers don't value as much as they did?"

I had a horrible experience yesterday!
My sites load very fast with all pages less than 100k however a colleague showed me some advertisers' landing pages on dial-up...absolutely diabolical, so bloated and slow it's no wonder that they experience high bounce rates.
With only a 16% global broadband penetration forecast for 2008 could this be one of the factors some of us are seeing lower CTRs etc and especially for those of us with global sites rather than country specific?
Just a thought!
