Account Banned coz it posed of significant risk to AdWords advertisers

I don't understand why my account is banned in G. I have been in the program of more than 2 years and now G banned my account. Here is the reason of G:

I can't believe this has happened to my account.

Is there any possibilities that my account will be reinstated? Any suggestions?

There's not much we can do here to diagnose why you were banned. If you read the above posts you should get a good idea of how to proceed in getting reinstated if you feel you did not break any rules. And make sure you know the rules. ;)
