Works for McDonald's -- Why not WebmasterWorld?

McDonald's has to deal with people asking the same things over and over again. So, they invented this incredible time saver. They labelled the most often repeated questions so they can just be referred to by number. So, instead of "Can I get a Big Mac, a medium fry, and a medium Coke?", everybody just says "Number 2!"

How about the WebmasterWorld AdSense forum clean out some of the cruft with the same technique? Just make a list of the top 10 most horribly beaten-to-death and repeated-until-we-vomit questions and then number them. Then, when those tired old questions with really nothing new to say whatsoever show up, a moderator can just say "#7" and close the thread!

Think of the thread-space saved!
