Surely this is not allowed.

Or is it a case of "okay for the big boys" to do.

Hi all,
I was browsing and saw a site where the google adverts looked odd. The URL is <url removed>

Firstly, the "adverts by google" is not in the normal font, as it was manually added.

Secondly, it is a strange size to have.

Thirdly, the whole advert - including dead space is clickable.

It is in an iframe. If you hover over the advert and view source, it looks like it has been heavily #*$!ized.

Something doesn't look right to me.

That site is a premier publisher. They get all kinds of privileges.

You'll probably have the link removed, but that particular website is owned by Amazon.com, obviously an elite partner who gets to play by different rules.
