Contacting Adsense support in your country?

Is this possible?

Say you are in UK or Germany and would like to contact Adsense to check out your site. (if it holds their standards)

Another example:
You get a warning email from US but you are in UK or Germany.
Is it possible to contact your adsense support in your country or should you answer the US email?

Why not just click on the REPLY button on your email software, then after typing your message / reply, hit the SEND button.

As simple as that.

Blunt sarcasm aside; I had found that on a couple occasions after contacting Adsense support at the regular US domain, that had I received replies from a '.com.au' address within my own country. In other words the email was fowarded automatically to an Australian team.

Yes, they forward it to nearest country for support. Even if you directly write to .au or .uk domain, it will go to .com. It will assign a unique case number > again forward to local support > they will contact you. In some case google does gives out their rep contact number and extension. I've the one so I can directly speak to rep in your local language as I had problem understanding US English. I told them I don't understand their ascent. Next day I got call from local office who speaks and understand my language.

I dont know what is nonsense with my reply considering that it is the best solution to your problem.

The way you ask question is the one that is nonsense.

You need to reply to whoever sent the email to you in the first place, unless given specific instructions otherwise. The sender is going to be up to speed on whatever the issue is.

You get a warning email from US but you are in UK or Germany.

Then reply to Adsense/US. It is that simple. Reply to Adsense/UK or Germany and they may very well have no idea what you're talking about.

;)

Now, I don't want to be seen spouting nonsense, so I'll just say I agree with all the replies to the original question...

Hi Ian,
I'm from Victoria.
How did you find the .au staff? I must say (especially to the seniors at the plex if there're reading this) that the .au staff were much easier to deal with as the email responses seemed less templated.

I find them OK and the responses are personalised as you say.

I rarely get canned replies. Perahps one or two over time.
