can i apply on banned websites?

Hello 2 all
i have decided to buy two websites from a person in my home town. i will redesign it too. but that (owner of these websites) guy's adsense account was banned for these two websites due to invalid clicks activity. i had also mailed to adsense support team. but they didn't answered me well.

i would really love. if someone know little. if i apply to adsense program. they will bane me too or will allow me to serve the google ads

Possibly if you were an already well-established AdSense publisher they may consider the request after checking out the sites however as a newbie I very much doubt you will stand any sort of chance...however you never know!

In the AdSense team's eyes if I were to look at it I would question just how you know someone in your own town who just so happened to be AdSense banned?

Take the sniff test, it's not worth their while.

Did you know the guy was banned from Adsense before you bought the sites? If so, why buy them and take an unknown risk? If you didn't know about the ban before purchase, how come the income figures didn't show that something was wrong?

Interesting to know so that others can avoid similar problems.

No, almost zero chance. Lucky for you that you're aware the owner's account was banned.

I can state categorically that you will NOT be accepted. How do I know - I tried it. I would post part/all of adsense reply but that would be against this forums rules.

Not that I'm going to do this, but this discussion made me think of a related question.

What if you create a totally new site from scratch with a never-before used domain name, and then you buy an existing site who's Adsense account had been banned, and you 301 redirect the banned domain name to your new site? Will you get banned?

Why try it if it can cause life time ban? Just avoid.
