In a few previous threads a few members mentioned that they do not check their stats when on a business trip.

I am the same but this trip is a long 5 week stint and I must admit I would like to know how changes we have made are doing.

The fear of fraudulent clicks etc is enough from me from checking from different IP's. Even though I never click and always use my lap top.

If you're really worried, leave a PC at home switched on running a VNC server and connect to that from your laptop.

Although the probability is very very low, and one I suspect google have factored in anyway.

probably a stupid question but can't you log in with no IP? Like with an annonymiser service?

Yes probably could but I am saying to myself it is better to wait until I am back in Bangkok with my laptop. The revenue we generate is now quite substantial although not FedEx levels and something we could never do by ourselves as the ads are so diverse.

That means you are less likely to get chucked for someone click spamming you. Size has it's advantages when it comes to Adsense, click stats and presumably the algo that trips the dreaded email. So you have less to worry about than many others. If it's still a concern sticky me your login and password and I'll keep an eye on your account for ya ;)

I wouldn't worry, unless you are concerned about someone getting your password through a public computer. I have logged in when I have traveled without any problems, and not worried about fraudulent click issues. The only place I don't login is when I am at a webmaster conference ;)

This is exactly what I do, but with PC Anywhere. Always checking G Stats on same IP addresses
