Users Content/Our Adsense/Split Revenue?

I might be in the wrong section for this question, but isn't there a way to have users add content to our site, then add Adsense for them through our account and split the revenues with them? The advantages being we obtain more content and they earn some income piggybacking on our traffic.

Is this a real program?
