Now, before you light your flame throwers, let it be acknowledged that there is no claim of any statistical value, or judgements to be posited, blah, blah, yadda yadda. What the heck, I'm more a writer guy, not a math brainiac.
The satisfaction indicator average is 6.13 -- just a tad north of the middle-of-the-fence 5, which was described as being 'steady-eddy, no-change, just-as-I-expected'.
The respondees who reported one value up to Oct 20, or thereabouts, and a much lower satisfaction factor after that date made the whole mess a little murky... its a lousy deal that came their way on the end of the month.
We had more 8's than any other group, so there's at least one very-satisfied bunch out there. The extremes were sparse: only one 10 and one 1.
If we had a UOASP smiley/frowney face indicator, I'd guess it would have a little upturned grin, with frown lines in the brow.
Try it again next month?

Might be better to be specific "As of today, how do you feel" - and state that poll opens eg 26th and closes on 28th of each month. that might reduce the dual votes as things change!
Plus I'd use the original thread to feedback - or supply a link).
Good Luck with it!
