I have launched a site few days back. The site is getting 1000-1100 impressions daily. According to the experienced people here on the forum, how many clicks should it be generating and what cost will be there per click?

I m thinking to place a search bar on my site, can anybody tell me if any one search through that google will pay me for the search or it will pay me for the search pages ads which will be click?

How are you getting 1000+ impressions a day from a site you launched "a few days ago"?

If this is a MFA site you may not last long enough to get your first cheque. If it is legitimate & your traffic is valid then it would be impossible for us to guesstimate your potential income. It could run anywhere from $0.50 CPM to $10+ CPM.

Forums tend to earn less income than quality information sites.

Okay how experienced are you... do you know the difference between hits and impressions and page views?

If you have 3 ads on the page and links etc. then you may be grabbing totals and in reality are getting 200-250 pageviews a day... which is decent for a brand new site.

If it was grabbed by Google and given the welcome to the neighborhood lift then expect the numbers to drop dramatically in a week.

Thanks for your postings. Firstly my site is 10-15 days old and I m getting around 200 visitors daily and mostly are from search engine. I m getting around 1000 impressions in adsense but very few clicks like 15-20 and click rates are low too. Can anybody tell me that by using Google Adsense Search I can earn more or ads will be better for me?

Please give me few tips to increase my CTR and ecpm. Thanks
