Two alphabets?

Anyone noticed this....When I sort my channels by name, they don't fully sort alphabetically. Sometimes a new channel I add will appear at the end, but other new channels appear in their correct spot. Even when I re-sort using the top sort-by-channel link (up or down), the channels stay in the same half-alphabet order. I notice that the channels that get added to the end also appear aphabetically - like there are two alphabets. There are no spaces or other characters in front. So I have channels with A at the the top, and then another group with starting with A at the bottom. So when I sort alphabetically, I get

Apple
Banana
Coke
Deer
Elephant
Zebra
Abolone
Barium
Calcium

Instead of:

Abolone
Apple
Banana
Barium
Calcium
Coke
Deer
Elephant
Zebra

Hm. Maybe if you tried "Abalone" instead ...

Sure you aren't mixing upper and lower case?

My categories sort just fine, A though Z, followed by a through z.

Mine is OK starting by number, Upper Case and following by lower case.

If you want to sort from a through z, just change all to the same type, Upper Case or lower case.

Thanks

along these lines, sort of. Anyone know the keystroke (shortcut) to change upper case to lower case and vice versa? For instance, when U type a paragraph and then realize caps lock was on the whole time. If I were armed with this information, I could put the caps lock back on my keyboard.
