How Do You Influence What AdSense Shows?

I'm experimenting with AdSense to see if it will work for us. The preview tool does a reasonable job but often picks out the 'wrong' words from a page to show ads for.

Is there a way of marking up your HTML to give a big hint to Goole what you want to show ads for?

e.g.

<AdSenseContextStart>
Page content that is best suited for ads...
</AdSenseContextEnd>

I've looked in the docs but can't find such a thing, but have been told in the past this is possible.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, I think that's what I was looking for. Google don't make it easy to find if you don't know what it's called (either that or I didn't look hard enough).
