Google adsense account disables

How can I start a new account when one has been in blacklist.

Dear Friends,

I had a site in which I had added google adsense ads. My friend's silly mistake of clicking ads has lead to the close of my account.

Due to this I made another site and incoporated adsense again but since my name was in their list of banned names I got a msg stating that you could not go ahead with our service and my account got closed.

So friends, I need your help. Whats the way by which I can add adsense to my sites again.

Should I go and open adsense in some another name? But this is not possible for me.

Should I go for some other service other then adsense. Please name a few which are applicable for a resident Indian.

Should I open an account in the name of the company and get cheques in the name of the company whose owner will be myself.

Please help me as I want to make money from this source.
