Contacting Adsense

To update company details

Hi

I contacted Adsense through our account to enquire about updating our company and payment details, but received no response. Does anyone have an email address of a person, or telephone number that I could use to contact them?

The existing company will be wrapped up in the next month and I want to make sure everything is moved over.

I did think about opening a new account with our new company details, however wasn't sure if this would cause problems, as would be running ads on the same sites as the old account and logging in from the same IPs. Also our other account is several years old, so maybe that counts for something.

I think it is easy enough to do it through your log in account just look.
1- Go to Google
2-sign in
3- absense look to the left select my account
4-edit the info there

Unfortunately the information I need to update is "Payee name" and "Account Holder Name" both of which are not editable online.

You might have to close current account and open a new one.

Which you should do ASAP, because your final payment will be arriving at the end of the following month.

Thanks all, have submitted new email login and Payee name forms. Hopefully if they update those, I can then add a new bank with the new name.
