Hi
I am in the same boat as such. My wife has an acccount and I am waiting on one. I was wondering if it was because they are at the same address and causing a red flag with google, but nice to know that it isn't just me that's waiting.

A husband and wife can have two separate accounts. I can testify to that. If there are delays, it is just that Google is still waiting to review your applications due to large number of requests. Be patient.

Uh-oh.

I sense another drop in revenue coming. Soon. :-(

Gonna get even worse. There was a feature on Good Morning America this morning about how easy it was to make lots of money with Google AdSense, and anyone can just put up a website and watch the money roll in...

My brother was just approved, it just took 2-4 days longer than Google estimated to review the account/site.

Mine got approved the other day - at last.
Longest i've ever waited for one. The quickest was just a few hours wait.

My guess is there will be some people who register domains and give it a shot. Most will fail for one of two reasons.

1. They will copy material from other sites and eventually get reported and shut down.

2. They will learn it takes work and time away from the sitcoms & reality shows on television and give up.

Besides, considering the audience and the time of day for Good Morning America, how many of the watchers even have the motivation?

Longest you've ever waited? How many AdSense accounts do you have.

Only one at a time.
And no ... I wasn't banned or anything. Personal reasons.
