Are we allowed to prefix the referral text links?

Hi guys,

I know we're only allowed to prefix the google cpc ads with 'ads' or 'sponsors' but what about referrals.

The text link just sitting there on the page doesn't look right. Am I allowed to put something like 'Offer:'?

Cheers

The way I understand it as far as referrals - you can draw attention to it by recommending the product, or writing a review about it, but you can't say things like "click this referral so I can make some money"

I got some great referrals on Picasa by just prefacing it with the words "So easy even my mom uses it" - which is perfectly true, and drove home the point I was trying to make.

Thanks,

Can anybody else confirm? I have "Offer" next to my referral text link, I just want to make absolute sure I'm not going to be on of these guys who wake up one day to find their website suspended.

In that case, you probably should avoid sleep.
