Site Target ad sizes

Is there any way to know what size site targeted ads are?

When I read the advanced report for individual ads divided by contextual and site targeted ads, I notice that there is no mention of the ads size or if it is a text ad or image. Obviously, real estate plays an important part in determining profitability of individual ads. If the site ads are full sized 160x600 ads and they earn $.25/click that would be equivalent to 5 text ads which earn just $.05/click. Or is my logic flawed somehow? Be nice to know since I currently turned off graphic ads until I can figure this one out.

1) Site-targeted ads can be graphic or text ads. Even if you turn off graphic ads, your site will still be available for site-targeted text ads.

2) Site-targeted contextual ads haven't yet been introduced, except possibly in beta. Site-targeted CPM ads (the kind of site-targeted ads that are available) aren't cost-per-click. They're paid by the impression, based on CPM (cost per 1,000 impressions) bids.

3) When site-targeted CPM ads are available, Google tries to serve them only when it thinks they'll generate more revenue than contextual CPC (cost-per-click) ads would on a given page at that point in time.
