Possible to change payment receiver?

I would like to know if its possible to change payment receiver in adsense.
If yes, how to do that?

When I contacted Google about this in the past they recommended that a new account is opened in the new Payee name, and then the client id changed in the Adsense code.

you cannot do it yourself but you can do with through adsense by opening a new account, just like the previous poster said.

why not? Anyone can move or change thier bank account, address, etc.

Are you keeping your bank acct in the states? Do you have EFT?
If so then have your bank send the money to your other acct (that you are going to open after the move). Problem solved.
