Hi everyone. A quick question. Do you think it would be against the TOS to display ads location below fold only when the user scroll down and the block becomes visible?
I've been thinking about implementing a little jquery to do the trick but of course only if it does not violate the adsense TOS.

If I understand it right there is no restriction on where you put the ads - it is just that ad above the fold convert better. If they make sense for you to put below the fold, go right ahead. Several readers say that when they see the ads the first thing on a page they do think that it is MFA, though, it still converts better in Google's opinion and in my experience.
