There are quite a few of them out there. Some have free trials. The best approach is to look at the features of the various programs, then try out the ones which offer the features that are important to you. For a starting point, try:

That's difficult now, it seems that due to a change in AdSense's ad behavior since around May 31, 2007.

The open-source adlogger was discontinued because of this change. Some other tracking scripts such as asrep, adsensegold (now called site super tracker), etc., have been updated after that date, but I think the tracking capability of all scripts is not as complete as before.

See for instance the WW thread 3rd Party AdSense Click Trackers Disabled [webmasterworld.com]. By the way, the saga of tracking scripts started on another WW thread: Developing AdSense tracking script [webmasterworld.com].

Also, to track eCPM, earnings, and to calculate EPC, we need the official channels provided by Google AdSense. However, there is a low limit of 200 active channels. Many publishers would need at least 1000 URL channels in order to track AdSense performance on their most visited pages.

Google "AddFree Stats".

Will tell you which ad was clicked inside the ad block.
