AdSense in combination of AdBrite's (and BritePic)

At the moment I have AdSense on my imagehosting site, and now I would like to start using AdBrite's / BritePic and the advertising within it!

Basically the AdSense ads are at the top of the page.
The image is loaded in a flash file (served by BritePic), and the advertising (withing the flash file) is done by AdBrite.

Anyone here who might know if this is okay or not with AdSense?

Hi ronin,

I did not ask AdSense till now as I was hoping someone here could answer this question.

I think it's more appropriate to speak to the organ grinder instead of the monkeys. That way you know exactly where you stand.

Yes you can use Britepic with adsense. But then it is always a good idea to send them an email letting them know about it though.

If we told you that it was NOT ok, would you take that stuff off your site?

At the moment it's not on, so no need for me to take it off.

If you guys (more than one) would say no I'll still email AdBrite and Adsense to make sure (I would also do this if it was a yes).

Conclusion: I'm going to ask AdSense and AdBrite.

I got the okay from AdSense.

Basically they say that if I place non-Google ads on the same site or page as Google ads, it should be clear to the user that the ads are served by different advertising networks and that the non-Google ads have no association with Google.

Noel; Thanks for the follow up note.

Did they say that ... "it should be clear" ... has any specific factors, like not the same colors, not immediately next to the AdSense units, etc?

Hi ken_b

I asked again about the color, and they told me that if the formats are naturally similar, they will ask me to use different color schemes for the competing ads.
