Cannot enter PIN to release payment

I got my card with PIN to release payments.

I tried to enter since Thursday , and get the same message

Error
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it.

The same appeared today again.

Is it technical problem or problem with my account?

Can anyone suggest any contact e-mail at Google where real people are, not the auto response?
