Adding a banner other than Adsense

Hello guys.
I've been search but I can find a clear answer. Is is possible for me to add an advertising banner on my homepage (or any other page) other than Adsense. The page I want to add this new banner doesn't have any advertising, so I'm wondering if it's ok to add other banners where there is nothing from google.

Yes you can. You can even use other banners on a page where you have already Adsense ads, but then these 'other' banners may not look like Adsense text ads. So b.e. one traditional banner on the top and an adsense txt ad on the left xhould be no problem.
