After looking over my site statistics, as well as Adsense, it looks like I consistantly make on average a dollar per day for every 100 unique visitors that I recieve. Is this about average for viewer conversions?

I would expect that $/100 unique visitors would vary quite a bit dependent on many factors, including what kind of site you have. I get more than $2.50 / 100 U.V.

naitsirhc26 is on to something. One of the metrics that shows a high robustness and very little variance is $/UV. I have long suspected that Google is not paying per click (we just get the information on the clicks and are made to think that EPC is one of the core metrics) while in fact they simply pay out per unique human visitor.

Such behaviour instantly gets rid of repeated click fraud (just the EPC goes down when the same visitor clicks multiple times on the ads).

My question is - how do they determine the value per unique visitor?
