Emulate AdSense ad block

I wanna write my own exactly-like-AdSense blocks to show with static ads when the ads cannot be shown, or to rotate.

Has anyone made some sort of CSS example of this?

Sure you can, in much the same way you could tell a police officer you didn't see the speed limit sign after he clocks you going 75 mph in a school zone.

LOL. That reminds me of the time I tried to explain to an officer that I didn't see the red light. He said very blandly, "Tell it to the judge."
