Products that Help Identify Profitable Keywords

I found a very informative website advertising a product which claims to guide you towards picking the most profitable keywords for your website.

Has anybody used [such a product] to build a profitable Adsense website?

I don't think chasing keywords is the way to go, I think it's better to think of topic areas rather than go granular and focus on keyword phrases. It's a start for finding a topic area, but the keywords themselves are not as important as understanding demand for the product or service, and how that demand is filled, i.e. locally, strong or weak ecommerce product, long or short buying cycle, whether it's subject to seasonal fluctuations, etc.

Some keyword phrases are high, but that's because traffic is painfully low or subject to a very long buying cycle. How much a keyword is bid on doesn't tell you the whole story. There are many more considerations for understanding whether a particular topic will perform.

That depends on whether or not you are trying to just do straight arbitrage of adsense... MFA pages even the content has to be tight
