I think you need to be more specific. There are lots of sites out there that can tell you a little about AdSense (including Google's) No point reinventing the wheel here.

Ahhhhh what can i tell ya, your question is very general, but ah, let me see: make sure your ads background same as your website: make sure you dont have too many ads: have variety of ads-text and image ads: dont place them in tricky parts of your page: dont click on your own ads: place some on top left corner and top are most effective: dont forget one thing--google very smart--they will know what you are up to before you even make that step, ya! they can read your mind--i know.s u k s.

Seriously dude, if you want some serious answers, you need to ask more targeted questions. We have no idea what particular aspect(s) of AdSense you would like to understand.
