Is this also happening to some of you guys? The number of clicks is bigger than the page impression. I am wondering if this is click attack or there is something wron with the stat report of my account.

A few hours ago, when I check my account, I've discovered that there are a lot of clicks compared to the number of page impressions. like for example:

site1.com 9 page impressions, 58 clicks
site2.com 3 page impressions, 48 clicks
site3.com 5 page impressions, 62 clicks
site4.com 34 page impressions, 85 clicks
site5.com 37 page impressions, 74 clicks

and etc.

It affects all my sites especially those with less traffic sites. And the income is less than a dollar to some sites and some are zero. Upon discovering this, I take down some of my sites. Good thing I discovered this earlier. But I already emailed google twice and explain to the, what had happend. Did anyone experience this today?

I certainly wouldn't take the sites down, you've told Google; see what they say.

Then let us know :)

No experience of this. But I doubt that you have had an attack with such low numbers of page impressions. A click attack normally happens only if the numbers are in the 100,000s.

Unless, you have made a personal enemy possibly? Or a jealous friend? Don't advertise your presence on the web to friends or acquantainces, it's just not worth it unless they are your best friends.

You only have to be a contributer / helper to the google adsence help forum to become a victim of click attacks from what I have been reading. Some nasty person is trying to wipe out the helpers.

That's a good reason to never reveal any of your sites' URLs in public, to your friends, or even your girlfriend (ex-girlfriends can be as evil as this "nasty person" you refer to)

As of now, the click attack is still going on. But I take my sites online. But I have discovered that there are two ip address that is present in the logs in all my sites. One ip address is from Korea and the other is from Latvia. I don't know their motive why they are doing this click attack. And what I don't understand is that these people know all my sites. I kept all my sites secretly and even my friend and family don't know that I have websites. But I already filter an block their ip addresses. I emailed these ip address to google because this could be useful in solving this problem.

Google has already responded that they already noted my concern and will closely monitor the situation. They also said that their specialist will carefully monitor the clicks and impressions so that they can protect my interest and advertisers.

I'm very happy that G has responded to my email. But my question is, is it still possible that my account could get busted?

No guarantees, depends on what Google finds.

But if, as you suspect, the sources are identifiable and can be discounted from the business account, then you should be OK.

If you are upfront and honest with Google, they usually look after you; and you told them before they told you!

Good Luck - but sounds OK to me.
