Strange adsense Ad

Is my site hacked?

I just noticed a strange adsense ad on my site. It's a 458X60 banner, at the bottom of the banner there is a line that is similar to adsense adlinks. This is very strange, I never noticed this before. You can see this strange ad in the pecture below

You can see keyword links at the bottom of the banner. There are no adlinks unit on my site, I am not sure from where these ads are being generated. I am not using any external scripts, except for a 'Tell a Friend' script. I am wondering whether this tell a friend script is the culprit. I remember reading about malicious tell a friend scripts. Your inputs are appreciated.
